Ingredients:
- 2 pounds chicken breast boneless skinless
- 1/2 cup chicken broth or water
- 8 ounces cream cheese block, cubed
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 batch Keto Chow ranch dressing mix powder only
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded 4 ounces
- 1 cup bacon cooked crumbled
- 1/2 cup green onion sliced
Directions:
- Place the chicken breast, broth, ranch dressing powder, cubed cream cheese, and sour cream in a slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for six hours, or on low for eight hours.
- When the chicken is cooked, shred it with a fork and mix everything, then stir in the lemon juice and cheddar cheese. Warm until the cheese is melted.
- Stir in the bacon and green onions.
- Serve warm or cold as a sandwich filling, in wraps, over salad, or as a dip.
